Too far, too near

Haven't been blogging for quite some time.

I was pretty inspired the other day when I clicked on a link posted by my friend to read her latest blog post. Her post was long, but it didn't feel that way when I read it. I told myself that maybe I should write my posts that way too, so people wouldn't get tired of reading what I want to tell.

But still. Reading what I type always feels very, very weird. Awkward? Maybe.

Chinese New Year this year, so far, has been good. Then again,  it reminds me that February is almost here. Life's been good. I've spent 2 months enjoying myself, doing this and that. A couple of months to go before I start the hectic life again!

So. How have I been spending my holiday?

It's one of the sweetest holidays, I suppose. Why? Because there's nothing academic-ish that I have to worry about (except my unknown results, uhh). The post SPM stress had been taken away. Thank you, Lord! At least I don't have to say the word "STRESS" like how Gary did it for.......... now.

Well, maybe I STILL have to worry about things like my driving lessons, etcetera. But. Then again, I keep telling myself, there are so many reasons not to worry. So, why worry?

  1. Worrying Accomplishes Absolutely Nothing.
  2.
  1. Worrying is Not Good for You
  1. Worrying is the Opposite of Trusting God.
    1. Worrying Puts Your Focus in the Wrong Direction.
    Philippians 4:6-7
Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
Amen.
