I'd say, the passion. The inner-passion of oneself that drives him/her to educate the new generation, with a whole different, and creative concept. I am grateful to know what it is like to be a teacher, thanks to mummy. No, not easy at all. The workload, today, is even greater, and students nowadays are really naughty and clever. This makes it difficult for teachers to focus on their task to teach, to educate.
The first big 'Thank You' for today should go to the first primary school teacher of mine, Mdm Ting. I saw her a couple of weeks ago in the mall, but didn't manage to greet her. She was there to encourage me to learn Chinese in the first few years of my primary education.
A couple of big 'Thank You's should also be dedicated to my awesome Chinese tuition teacher, Mdm Lee, and my equally awesome BM tuition teacher for 3 years, Mdm Hwong. And of course, Mdm Tang, who shares the (well, almost) same name with me. I miss her :)
Not forgetting too, teachers in my sec sch. Mr Wong, who has always been there to support and encourage me. Without him, I wouldn't have managed to learn so much by leading the entire prefectorial board. Mdm Wong, Mdm Lau, Mdm Ha, Ms Tiong, Mdm Tan, xie xie! Cikgu Ida, the cutest teacher ever. Ms Vic and Mdm Loh, the besties. They are just amazing gifts from God.
Last but not least, a huge 'Thank You' to mummy, who is also my teacher at home. Love you.
And yes. The list goes on and on. It'll never end.

I am thankful to God for all those who have walked into my life, to help me to be a better person. I will never forget you. I will do my best, and continue to reflect the love of God, and the love that you've shown me, to the future generation.
Happy Teacher's Day!
