Ok. Before wrapping up 2012, I MUST write something here. It's been too long since I last posted a proper update. Well, that’s not because great things haven’t been happening; actually just the opposite. As the pace of life steams along, you have to remind yourself to slow down and breathe in the enormity of all the good things being done. (Quoted from Andre's Personal Blog - Thanks!)
I've always got this urge to update my blog after reading someone else's blog. It's always nice to keep a record of things and look back someday, you see. But having such an inactive blog, I don't think I can ever come back happily and look at how I have spent my life (at least one small part of mine this year).
All right, since I have nothing much to write today, I might as well tell you (and myself: the future me, hello!) what I recently finished reading. Just a few books, actually, but really, fantastic books.
Jodi Picoult and her daughter's "Between the Lines" - definitely worth a read, though I took quite some time to finish it. I had to read it near my semester examination. Hmm. This particular book is indeed a masterpiece. Very creative. I would never have thought of something close to its story line!
I also managed to finish Will and Kate - A Royal Love Story by Christopher Andersen. Pretty nice, I would say. Loads of interesting facts, and a great insight to the Royal Family.
Not forgetting also, "The Rise of Nine" by Pittacus Lore, the third book in the collection after "I am Number Four" and "Power of Six". A lovely book, and of course, also a book that you would not want to miss it if you have already finished reading the first two books.
