2011

I thought maybe I should do an overall summary of 2011, since I have nothing better to do right now. Well actually I do have something to do - arranging my books, etc. But I'll leave that for this afternoon. This room is hot in the morning.

We start with the beginning of the year. A month full of surprises, lots of ups and downs, and super busy!

JANUARY


A friend uploaded a newspaper article on FB, and everyone started getting really excited about SPM. Apparently it said 14th till 14th, but anyway because we weren't sitting for every single subject, so we ended earlier. 30th November.


And in Feb we celebrated Chinese New Year.

Visited a few houses with my friends. Mostly LEOs. Haha. And Gary drove us around. It was fun. After Sports Day in February, I led the organising team to hold the first (day) camp for the lovely Afternoon Session prefects. It was a success, I'd say. But not entirely. It would be better, if the 'effects' were long-lasting. But they were really nice. I love the song we sang. Siti Nurhaliza's. I forgot the title. Mau's suggestion!

 

We didn't have anything to do when the speeches were going on so we started taking lots of pictures at the back of the conference room. And in March, our club organised the Colouring Contest. Awesome event. Miss it.

 

In April, we had another camp. The most painful camp, ever, ever. Well, at least for me.

 

And later, Sharon came for a visit. An interview, actually. Was on the phone with her, and she passed the phone to her cousin who later told me where they stayed. Then we found out that we were actually just less than 1km from each other's house. We were laughing on the phone. It was worthwhile.
